For your convenience, ProCAM LLC staffs an on site office at 3600 Beaver Pond Road on the second floor (in the clubhouse by the swimming pool). This office is open 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Our telephone number is (703) 590-5300. Our fax number is (703) 590-2899.
The Board of Directors conduct the monthly meetings on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the Association office. Residents' participation is held from 7:00 to 7:30 p.m. The regular meeting is called to order at 7:30 p.m. Meetings are open to the membership and you are invited and encouraged to attend.
